To Create a Customer or Supplier:
For simplicity, some fields are turned off by default. You can switch them on from the Settings page; see the CRM Settings Help article for additional information.
See the Deleting Contacts Help article for additional information.
There may be some contacts you need to keep that don't fit into "Customer", "Supplier", or "Branch". For these contacts, they should be stored as "Internal" contacts.
