How to create Customers and Suppliers.

Creating a Customer or Supplier

To Create a Customer or Supplier:

  1. From the left navigation, select the CRM module.
  2. Select Create New Customer or Create New Supplier.
  3. Enter the details of your contact, filling out at least the required fields (marked in red).
  4. Select Save or Back to save the contact.


Why are there some fields listed below that are not in my CRM?

For simplicity, some fields are turned off by default. You can switch them on from the Settings page; see the CRM Settings Help article for additional information.

How do I delete a contact?

See the Deleting Contacts Help article for additional information.

What is an Internal contact?

There may be some contacts you need to keep that don't fit into "Customer", "Supplier", or "Branch".  For these contacts, they should be stored as "Internal" contacts.
