AutoCompleting an Order

AutoComplete an order to dispatch without having to edit the order.


Sometimes it is too time-consuming to edit each order in order to complete it. The AutoComplete function allows you to complete an order with a single click.

The AutoComplete function will:

  • Dispatch all stock in the order.
  • Enter a Fully Dispatched date.
  • Enter an Invoice Date.

The AutoComplete button only appears for those orders that have enough stock on hand in the correct branch to be dispatched.

AutoCompleting an Order

To AutoComplete an Order:

  1. From the left navigation, click Sales, then Sales Orders.
  2. In the Sales Order list, the AutoComplete button will appear in the Stock Avail column.
