Sales Order Actions

The Sales Order page contains two useful functions - this document explains how they function.

Finding the Actions


Sales Order Actions only appear once an order has been approved. To find them:

  1. From the left navigation, choose Sales, then Sales Orders.
  2. Click on a Sales Order Ref to edit the order.
  3. The Actions button can be found in the center left of the screen.

Bulk Update Discount


This function adds a discount to every line in an order. This is useful if you want to add a discount to an order with hundreds of line items.

To use this function:

  1. Hover over Actions.
  2. Click Bulk Update Discount.
  3. Enter the discount percentage you'd like to apply.
  4. Click OK to apply the discount.
    The discount will appear in the % disc column for every line item in the order.

Refresh Pricing and Product Information


When you initially enter a product into a Sales Order, the details are pulled from the products module. Once saved, these details are not changed regardless of any changes to products in the products module.

In some situations however it may be necessary to reload the product data - perhaps you have renamed some of your products, or the costs were initially loaded incorrectly.

By clicking on Refresh Pricing and Product Information all product data is reloaded.
