The Iconic Marketplace Overview

Connect your Cin7 account with The Iconic Marketplace to allow seamless order processing and inventory synchronization.


The Iconic is "Australia's best online fashion and footwear store. The Iconic delivers a stylish and current collection of men and women’s apparel, sourced from the most coveted Australian and international brands."

Integrating Cin7 with The Iconic Marketplace will allow you to:

  • Download Sales Orders
  • Update stock levels
  • Update order status
  • Download customers
  • Download returns

Our integration has multiple settings that allow for detailed control of how Cin7 interacts with The Iconic Marketplace.

If you supply the Iconic directly, you may be interested in our separate EDI connection.

Setup and Use

Setting up the integration involves obtaining an API Key and Secret Key from The Iconic and entering them, along with your seller ID, into Cin7. Please see Connecting Cin7 to The Iconic.

The Settings menu will refine how the integration operates, please see The Iconic Settings.

Downloading Orders is a key function of the integration. Downloading Orders allows you to easily dispatch orders from within Cin7. See Downloading Orders from The Iconic for more information.

Stock levels can also be updated to The Iconic. To do this, the products must exist in both Cin7 and The Iconic and their codes/SKUs must match. For more information see Updating Stock Levels in The Iconic.

It is also possible to update the status of orders in The Iconic from Cin7. Please see Updating Order Status in The Iconic.


Is it possible to create products in Cin7 and push them to The Iconic?

Unfortunately this is not possible due to the way that products are stored in The Iconic Marketplace and Cin7.

I cannot see The Iconic module under the Integrations menu.

In some cases, after adding the app, you will need to click the Refresh button at the bottom of the left navigation menu before the module will appear.
