Importing Opportunities and Quotes

You can use the Salesforce Integration to import Opportunities or Quotes into Cin7.

Importing Transactions into Cin7

Depending on your setup, you will be able to import either Opportunities or Quotes into Cin7 from Salesforce.

To do this:

1. From the left navigation, go to Integrations, then click Salesforce.
2. Under the Opportunities/Quotes section, click Refresh.
3. Check the quotes you'd like to import.
   Depending on your settings, the transactions that appear here will depend on a certain stage being met in Salesforce.
4. Click Import Opportunities/Quotes.
   Your Opportunities/Quotes will be imported as Sales.

Pre-requisites for importing opportunities into Cin7

To import opportunities, you must have the following:

• Account
• Product(s)
• Contact Roles
• Status set to what's been setup in Cin7

Pre-requisites for importing quotes into Cin7

Firstly, you must create an opportunity.

To learn more about creating opportunities, please refer to the Salesforce help article.

Once the opportunity is complete, you can now create a quote(refer to the Salesforce help article).

After completing the quote, you must set the quote line item with a product and update the status to how it's been setup in Cin7 ie. Accepted.
