How to delete an offline or a parked sale in the POS.

Deleting an offline or a parked sale in POS.

To delete an offline order:

  1. Select Offline Orders.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the orders you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete, then OK to confirm.
  4. Select Close.

The count of the parked sale is decremented and displayed next to the Offline Orders button.


If an order is synced, the order will be deleted in Offline Orders but will still exist in the backend.
