Adding Comments to a Sale

Add a comment to attach additional information to a sale.

To add comments to a Sale:

  1. Whilst processing a Sale, click Comments.
  2. Enter your comments in Receipt Comments or Internal Comments.

Receipt comments will appear on the customer's receipt; useful for noting any additional information about the sale.

Internal notes will only appear within Cin7, and will not be seen by the customer. This may be useful for administration purposes.
