How to attach additional information to a sale via a comment.

Adding Comments to a Sale


To add comments to a Sale:

  1. While processing a Sale, select Comments.
  2. Enter your comments in Receipt Comments or Internal Comments.

Receipt comments will appear on the customer's receipt. This is useful for noting any additional information about the sale.

Internal notes will only appear within Cin7, and will not be seen by the customer. This is useful for administration purposes.
