How do I lodge a ticket/query with Cin7 Support?

Cin7 is committed to getting your technical issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. To submit a ticket or query please follow the steps below.

To Submit a Ticket with Support:

Either

  1. While logged into Cin7 click on your name.

  2. Select "Contact Support."

  3. Enter the subject of your query.

  4. If the suggested help pages do not help, proceed to the next page to submit a ticket.

  5. After completing the form, with examples, submit your ticket.

Or

  1. Visit https://help.cin7.com/ and click “Contact Support.”

  2. Enter the subject of your query.

  3. If the suggested help pages do not help, proceed to the next page to submit a ticket.

  4. After completing the form, with examples, submit your ticket

 



After you submit your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that you will receive a second email with your ticket number.

If you would like to provide more details about your issue, reply to the email that includes your ticket number and it will be added to your ticket.

If you are subscribed to Premium Plus/Dedicated Account Management, you will continue to email your account manager directly.
