How do I switch to a different Cin7 account?

I have multiple Cin7 accounts and I would like to switch to another account. Is it possible to keep the same email and switch to a different Cin7 account?

Answer

Yes, it is possible to have the same login for multiple Cin7 accounts. To switch to a different account please follow the steps below.

Steps:

  1. Login onto your Cin7 Account using your email address.
  2. Hover over your username, top right.
  3. Click Companies
  4. Select the account which you would like to open.

Please note, for this to work, you must be set up as a user using the same email address for each account.
