I've already installed Xero on Cin7, why do I still get the error " Please configure your accounts in the settings"?

I've already installed Xero on Cin7. When I tried to import sales orders into Xero, it showed the error " Please configure your accounts in the settings". I've connected to Xero but why was I still asked to configure my accounts in settings?

Answer

Installing Xero from App Store doesn't mean already connecting with your Xero account. This is only the first step.

The following 3 steps need to be done in order to connect Xero with Cin7.

1. Adding Xero Module to your account.

2. Connecting Cin7 to Xero.

3. Configuring the integration.
