I've created a promotion for my customer, but it's not working?

I was trying to make a promotion for my customer using the Promotional Matrix but the promotion doesn't seem to be applying. Why doesn't it work or how can I problem solve this?

There are a few things you can check:

  • First, read the help article about the Promotional Matrix.
  • Check that the type of promotion is compatible with the module you are using, see the article above.
  • Ensure that % and $ signs are used as instructed in the help article.
  • Take a look at the Promotional Matrix video.
