What are Alternative GL Accounts and do I need to set them up?

Answer

Alternative GL Accounts are used to refine how your transactions are imported into your accounting system.

When you configure your Xero/QBO/QBE integration, you will need to choose one default revenue account for your sales. If you would like to use more than one revenue when importing transactions from Cin7 to your accounting system you will need to set up Alternative GL Accounts in Cin7.
