Why am I receiving the following Xero error when importing Sales Orders to Xero? 'Orders: Xml for post data was invalid, '', hexadecimal value 0x15, is an invalid character. Line 45, position 15.'

When I click on the 'Import Orders' link I get the following error, why? Orders: Xml for post data was invalid, '', hexadecimal value 0x15, is an invalid character. Line 45, position 15.

You are receiving this error because there are special characters in the 'Customer PO No' field with the Sales Order that errored out. Please remove the special characters from the 'Customer PO No' field and reset the the transaction to be re-imported to Xero.
