Why am receiving the following Xero error '"Organization is not subscribed to IDR"'

I have just tried to import a Purchase Orders into Xero from Cin7 and I get the following error "Organization is not subscribed to IDR".

How can I solve this and import the Purchase Order into Xero?



The error occurred because the currency has not been set up in your Xero account. Please add the foreign currency in your Xero account to successfully import the Purchase Order. Please refer to this Xero help article on How to Add a foreign currency.

To reset the Purchase Order for import:

  1. Go to the Admin screen of the affected Purchase Order
  2. Set the Xero Status to from Error to Not Imported or Reset for Reimport.
