Why is the GP% always zero in Excel files exported from Sales Reports?

I am exporting data from Sales Reports and the GP% is zero for every order, despite it being displayed correctly in the report.

How can I export the reports with the correct GP% values?

This problem can occur when exporting the data in Excel file format.

To resolve this issue, we recommend that you export the data in CSV format instead. You can then import the CSV file into Excel and the correct GP percentages should be displayed.
