Updating Order Status in Zalora

When Orders have been dispatched in Cin7, the order status can be updated back to Zalora. This article explains how.

Updating Status


When an order has been fully dispatched in Cin7 (i.e. a fully dispatched date has been entered) it is possible to update this status back to Zalora.

To do this:

  1. From the left navigation, select Integrations, then click Zalora.
  2. From the menu, click Update Cin7 Order Status .
    Orders in Zalora will now appear as 'Completed'.

Carrier Mapping


The following carrier names have been mapped between Cin7 and Zalora. This means you can use either the Cin7 value or the Zalora value to update. If your carrier is not in the list it will update to Zalora exactly as it is typed into Cin7. Please contact Cin7 support if you require another carrier mapping to be added to the list.
