I receive the following error when importing orders to QBO
'Records were skipped because the contact does not exist in Quickbooks. Please Import and Update Contacts.'?
What can I do to fix it?
Transactions from Cin7 will only import to QBO if the contact exists in QBO. Please click on the 'Import and Update Contacts' and 'Import And Update Vendors' link prior to importing transactions from Cin7 to QBO.
