When I go to the Xero module and click on the 'Import Adjustments' link, I get the following error 'Zero value transactions are not sent to Xero. Set the Xero Status to 'Do Not Import'. Why am I getting it and how can I fix this?
You are receiving this error because the total amount for the stock adjustment is $0.00. The total amount must be greater than $0.00 in order for a stock adjustment to be successfully imported to Xero.
Since the transaction is $0.00 you can set the transaction to 'Do Not Import' in Cin7 since the overall value of your inventory will not change.
