Why can't I save a user under my Cin7 account?

I am trying to add a new user that will be associated with my Cin7 account but I can't save it.

Why does this happen?


Each user has a number of required fields that must be completed. Make sure that you have filled out all the marked required fields (including job title), which should allow you to save the contact.
