Why I can't search within a report more than three times in a row?

 

I would like to search for many different products within a report but the Search button always becomes inactive after three consecutive searches.

Why can't I search more than three times?

Answer

Searching within a report can be an intensive operation for our servers. In order to keep the server running smoothly for all of our users, the search button is made inactive after three consecutive clicks.

 

We recommend that you filter the report data by selecting the down arrow next to the field, then select the data from the check boxes that appear. Alternatively, you could export the data as a spreadsheet and apply the filters in Excel.
